1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
1.2 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Entries must comply with these Terms to be valid.
2. PROMOTER
2.1 The Promoter is SharkNinja Pty Ltd ABN 87 147 260 197, Level 23.03, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
3. PROMOTION AND PROMOTION PERIOD
3.1 The Promotion is FlexStyle Frizz Fix Finishing Tool GWP
3.2 The promotion commences on 12:00am (AEST) 13 November 2025 to 11:59pm (AEST) 3 December 2025 (Promotion Period).
4. ELIGIBILITY AND ELIGIBILE PURCHASE
4.1 Entry is open to:
(a) Australian residents currently residing in Australia;
(b) 18 years or over or, for entrants under 18 years of age, will require consent from their parent
(c) If under 18 years of age, parental/guardian consent is required
4.2 Employees, agents, and immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.
4.3 Entry is conditional on making an Eligible Purchase. Eligible Purchase means the purchase of a Participating Product from Shark online store (https://sharkclean.com.au) and a Participating Outlet in a single transaction that is paid in full at ordinary retail value during the Promotion Period.
4.4 Participating Outlet means any outlet that operates in Australia and is authorised by the Promoter to supply Participating Product.
4.5 For the purposes of this terms, Participating Product mean:
a. Shark Flexstyle Air Styling & Drying System – Stone (HD421SL).
5. HOW TO REDEEM
5.1 Add the Participating Product to your cart on the Shark online store and the FrizzFix Finishing Tool (340LX440SLANZ) (Free Product) will be automatically added to your cart at checkout. No coupon code is required to redeem the Free Product.
5.2 This offer is limited to 1 Free Product per customer, regardless of multiple qualifying purchases.
6.1 The Free Product will be delivered to Australian addresses only.
6.2 Please allow up to 28 days for delivery for the Free Product and it may or may not arrive with the Participating Product.
6.3 Promoter is not responsible for lost/damaged prizes after dispatch.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
7.2 Except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion or prize.
8. PRIVACY
8.1 The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to related companies and to third parties (including agents, service providers, and regulatory authorities).
8.2 All entrants acknowledge that Some recipients are located within Australia and overseas for the purposes of the conduct of this Promotion. The personal information may be used by the recipients to provide information about special promotions or other marketing materials via any medium.
8.3 By participating in this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

9. DISQUALIFICATION
9.1 The Promoter may disqualify entries for tampering, incomplete/illegible entries, false information, or breach of these Terms.
10. CANCELLATION OF PROMOTION
10.1 If the promotion cannot run as planned (e.g., due to technical failure, fraud, or other causes), the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
11.2 The Promoter will consider and attempt to resolve any disputes regarding the promotion or prize claims.
12. GENERAL
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that New South Wales.
12.2 Any costs associated with entering the Promotion and making an entry, including accessing the Promotion website, are the responsibility of entrants. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the entrant. All other incidental and ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST) and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the entrant.
12.3 Subject to any rights that an entrant may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (or any other rights under statute that cannot be excluded by law), Prizes are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash (except where the Prize is specified to be cash).
